Pilot Pitch
Pilot Impact Model
Pilot Impact Model
The pilot should measure whether ASF creates practical operational leverage without weakening engineering control.
What to Measure
| Impact Area | Example Measure |
|---|---|
| First-pass speed | Time from source material to draft artifact |
| Review effort | Time spent preparing context for review |
| Traceability quality | Number and usefulness of links across artifacts |
| Change impact clarity | Ability to identify stale, impacted, or reassessment-needed records |
| Evidence reuse | Outputs that can be reused in review, customer, or compliance processes |
| Trust and control | Reviewer confidence that engineers remain accountable |
Expected Value
ASF should help teams reduce repetitive structuring work, improve consistency, and make evidence easier to review and reuse. The platform should not claim automatic correctness, certification, or replacement of expert judgment.
Pilot Success Statement
A successful pilot should allow the partner to say: ASF helped us create, review, trace, and package safety or cybersecurity artifacts faster than our current workflow while keeping engineers in control.
