The user journey shows how ASF should feel in a pilot: one governed flow from project context to reviewed evidence.

Main Point

A user should be able to set up a project, add knowledge, generate draft artifacts, review them, connect them, and export evidence without losing governance.

Journey Steps

1. Set up: create the project, item/system context, workflow, and users.
2. Add knowledge: upload standards, requirements, prior work, and evidence sources.
3. Generate: create AI-assisted first-pass artifacts.
4. Review: edit, approve, reject, comment, or request follow-up.
5. Connect: maintain trace links and impact state.
6. Export: package evidence and capture pilot feedback.

Pilot Relevance

The journey is successful if users can follow the flow naturally and reviewers trust the state of the outputs.
